    Delegate Conference Dinner and Ceilidh: £65 (Thursday 16 August at the Old Course Hotel)

    Guest social events: £90 (includes Welcome Reception, Whisky Tasting and Conference Dinner)

    Guest lunch: additional £15 per day

    Attendance of Hinode SWG meeting (Sunday 12 August): £30

    Attendance of Solar-C meeting (Monday 13 August): £30

    Attendance of CLASP meeting (Saturday 18 August): £30

    (These include daily lunch and tea & coffee)

    B&B plus dinner (delegate): £65 per night*

    B&B plus dinner (guest): additional £45 per night*

    *Note that a reduced rate of £55 (additional £35 for a guest) applies for Thursday 16 August since

    dinner will not be provided on that evening due to the Conference Dinner.

    Accommodation is provided by New Hall and all bedrooms feature an en-suite shower room, a

    double bed, a television, and tea and coffee making facilities.
